Service and account

Atlas provides screen-time rules, site and app protection, and school-linked learning. Only a parent aged 18 or over can open an account and use it on the devices of the children in their own family. You are responsible for keeping your login details and parent PIN secret.

Free trial

You can try each module for free once; the length is shown in the panel. No card is needed for the trial. We email you before the trial ends. If you don't start a payment, the module simply stops at the end and you are not charged.

Subscription and payment

Modules are paid monthly or yearly; the yearly plan costs 10 months (2 months free). Prices are in euros including VAT. Payment is taken by card through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and is charged to the same card; you get a receipt by email for every payment.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries over the following days and emails you. If it still fails, the subscription ends and the module stops shortly after.

Price changes

If we change the price, the new price never applies mid-period: on the monthly plan it applies from the next monthly payment, on the yearly plan from the next yearly renewal. If you don't want the new price, you can cancel before the renewal.

Cancellation, right of withdrawal and refunds

You can cancel any time in the panel under Modules → "Manage subscription"; you keep using it until the end of the paid period and nothing more is charged.

Because the service starts as soon as you pay, by confirming before payment you waive the legal 14-day right of withdrawal. We still apply this refund rule:

• Monthly plan: no refund.
• Yearly plan: cancel within 14 days of payment and you are automatically refunded in full, and the module stops right away. After 14 days, no refund.

What Atlas cannot do

Atlas is a tool that helps parents; it does not replace parental supervision. No protection can block every site or every workaround. The learning content is prepared with care but may contain mistakes; report one and we will fix it.

Liability

Intent, gross negligence and your statutory rights as a consumer are always preserved. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Atlas in the last 12 months.

Changes, law and contact

If we change these terms, we announce important changes in advance by email. Belgian law applies; the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply. Questions and complaints: info@idetechnologys.com. For personal data, see our privacy policy.
