Website filter and safe search for children
Atlas blocks adult and gambling websites on every device and turns on safe search. This basic protection is free, with no card required.

Ready-made block lists
Atlas uses open-source block lists and the Belgian Gaming Commission's list of illegal gambling sites. You can also allow, limit or block any website yourself.
No way around it without the extension
The Atlas browser extension installs itself in Chrome and Edge on your child's account and can't be removed. Browsers without the extension (Firefox, Opera and others) are blocked by default.
An “Ask for permission” button
A child who lands on a blocked website sees why and can ask you for permission with one tap. You open a site needed for homework in seconds.
Frequently asked questions
Does the website filter cost money?
No. Blocking adult and gambling websites is part of the free basic protection. Your own website rules come with the Protection module.
Does Atlas see which pages my child reads?
Atlas only sees the name of the website (e.g. youtube.com) and the time spent there. It doesn't see page content, messages or passwords.
Can my child get around the filter with a VPN?
You can block VPN apps. Because Atlas runs on the device itself, the filter doesn't depend only on your home network.
